Who I am

I'm an Operations and IT Project Manager who has spent the last few years building systems and delivering outcomes that actually work, not just on paper, but in the day-to-day reality of fast-moving teams.

My career has moved from establishing operational foundations from scratch to formally training in IT Project Management, where I stepped into a live product environment and led delivery from the ground up. Operations taught me what good execution looks like from the inside. Project Management gave me the framework to lead it at scale.

I work closely with decision-makers, build systems that reduce friction, and keep delivery momentum even when things get complicated. I bring discipline, strong judgment, and a people-first approach to every layer of the work.
